Daily Mixes missing in new Build 1528

I have just noticed daily mixes not showing. Is this a regression in the latest build 1528? Seems to have happened before.

That happens to me occasionally, stopping and restarting Roon has always corrected the issue.

I have rebooted Windows 11 / Roon Server numerous times. But daily mixes are still missing.

Thanks for the update! Do you see this across any profile you use in Roon? We were able to review a fresh diagnostic report and see status code: 500 when attempting to access mixes.

What’s odd, is that we see the request did reach api.roonlabs.net, and the server responded — just with an internal error (500).

This confirms that DNS resolution, HTTPS connection, and round-trip communication all succeeded.

Does this happen no matter the remote device you use?

If you haven’t yet, I’d also test out reauthorizing your Qobuz account within Roon Settings> Services and see if that restores things - reboot Roon Server afterwards.

It’s happening whatever network I use. It happens in town and it happens in the country about 160km away where we normally spend the summer. Two different ISP’s. I’ll try reauthorizing Qobuz and see how I get on.

Ok. So reauthorizing Qobuz / rebooting roon did the trick. I now have daily mixes. It would never have occurred to me that there was a dependency with my Qobuz account. Thanks very much for your help. Much appreciated. You can close this ticket now as solved.

Edit: So I spoke too soon. I now have daily mixes on my Home page but if I save them I cannot access them from the Playlist menu option on the vertical sidebar menu except under certain circumstances:

If I minimise roon so it is floating on a Windows 11 PC I can highlight the Playlist option and access playlists:

If I make roon full screen either in Windows 11 or using the full screen option in roon then I cannot highlight the Playlist option and access playlists:

Glad to hear that re-authorizing Qobuz allowed the daily mixes to reappear. As for the playlists in sidebar issue, if you try to scroll down a bit in the sidebar, does that allow them to be click-able? What if you restart the Roon UI?

Since this is technically a separate issue than your original report, also please note that it would be best to open a new support topic regarding this so that we can focus specifically on it.

I cannot scroll any further. What do you mean by restart the roon UI? I can restart the roon UI if you can explain what that means. If restarting the roon UI doesn’t work I will raise another ticket.

I have this problem on my laptop running Windows 11. The playlists not selectable, although I can eventually manage to make it work after tinkering with the window sizes/making full screen. Definitely a bug.
