Hello @Reinier_van_haeftenq,

Thanks for reaching out. We’ve enabled diagnostics and reviewed the logs from your Asus NUC.

We can see precisely why the Daily Mixes are missing. Your Roon Server is attempting to contact our cloud services (api.roonlabs.net) to fetch this data, but the requests are failing with a Network Timeout error after exactly 60 seconds.

Since you are running Windows 11 behind a Unifi Cloud Gateway.

Please try these steps on your Windows 11 NUC to resolve it:

  1. Change DNS to Cloudflare or Google:

    • Go to Settings > Network & internet > Ethernet.

    • Click Edit next to “DNS server assignment”.

    • Set it to Manual.

    • Turn IPv4 to ON.

    • Set Preferred DNS to 1.1.1.1 (or 8.8.8.8).

    • Set Alternate DNS to 1.0.0.1 (or 8.8.4.4).

    • Save the settings.

  2. Disable IPv6 (Important for stability):

    • In the same Network settings window, verify if IPv6 is enabled.

    • We recommend temporarily turning IPv6 OFF in the network adapter properties to force Roon to use the more stable IPv4 connection for API requests.

  3. Reboot:

    • Restart your Roon Server (the NUC) to clear the network cache.

Once the server restarts with these new network settings, the Daily Mixes should repopulate within a few minutes. Let us know if this helps!
