Mac OS High Sierre 10.13.6, latest Roon version updated today .
The base is on a Synology NAS.
Ethernet wired.
Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)
Linn Klimax DS, Ethernet (cable) wired
Description Of Issue
Since today, I he the following message “There was an issue loading your database”.
Nothing changed in my configuration, except that I updated with the latest version of Roon.

Hi @AAK – sorry for the trouble here.
So we can take a closer look, are you able to access your database and zip up the Logs folder for us?
If you can zip up that folder and send us a copy using a shared dropbox link or any other file sharing service link, we can get a sense of what’s gone wrong here. We’ll walk you through the next steps after that so we can figure out what’s gone wrong.

I can access to the logs. The size is 9,2 Mb.
