Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· Snashotting database was stuck and had been trying for hours, so forced quit Roon. Reloaded now and not getting any sense out of Roon. I am old and looking for the simplest solution. I believe I am using the most recent version of Roon as II always accept update requests. I am using an M1 Apple MacBook as core this is up to date or will be my the time that I get a reply.

· I am on a Sky SR203 router using fibre. The Wi-Fi is sent up two flights with the aid of a Sky booster powered through a Chord M6 (needed for my Hi-Fi). No VNP.

Hey @James_Race,

Thanks for writing in, and I’m sorry to hear about your issues! Can you check to see if your Roon Server is running?

You can do this by checking your mac task bar (upper right hand corner of your screen) to see if there is a Roon jellyfish icon:

Click the jellyfish and see if Roon Server is ‘running’.

If it’s running, stop it, and then reboot your mac and see if you run into the same issues after restarting Roon and Roon Server.

Thank you! :raising_hands:
