If you’re seeing a “Waiting for Roon Server” message, this simply means that there’s no direct connection available between your server and your remote on the network. If you’ve only installed Roon on one machine, you can usually resolve this by enabling Local network access for Roon (MacOS) or by safelisting Roon in the Microsoft Defender firewall (Windows).
What machine are you using to host Roon?
Our diagnostic servers show you have an active trial for your account, so you shouldn’t have any issues opening and signing into Roon with the same credentials you’ve used here on Roon Community.
Just checking in on this. Were you able to grab a screenshot of the message in Roon, and let us know which machine is hosting Roon Server? We are not seeing any Roon Server as tied to your account.
