I created a post. I haven’t heard a solution. I need to delete it, and the system is not letting me do so. This has to happen ASAP.
You can edit your posts.
My first attempt. it seemed to take my edits. Then I saw that the edits did not, in fact, happen. So I tried to delete, but I don’t have permission. I’ve flagged it, but I’m disgruntled that I can’t just delete my own post, and that I have to go through this convoluted, tech-head process to find out why this isn’t working.
Your only other posts are in a thread you created 4 years ago, has responses from other people, and has been closed for four years. No, discourse does not let you delete that or edit it.
Very curious as to why you have to delete a 4 year old thread ASAP?
It’s already closed so not sure what the real issue is here?
