Deleted albums still appear in Roon but do not play (ref#GFB1I7)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· I have deleted albums but yet still show on Roon - if i try and play them nothing happens

Some questions:

  • Where is Roon Server running
  • Where are your music files located
  • How did you delete the albums

I’m wondering if Roon is watching a SMB network share, and it has not notified Roon about the file deletions.

I suggest these troubleshooting steps …

  1. Forcing a Roon watched folder rescan
  2. Rebooting Roon Server
