Deleted Tidal playlists come back to Roon after some time. Tidal doesn't have these playlists anymore, the playlists were deleted multiple times in Roon, and Roon shows the same playlists again after some time (days?).

Hi @Jozo_Slejko,
I’m sorry you’re still having trouble with your Tidal playlists. The first step here is to try to locate the deletion of the playlists in your logs. Can you try to delete them from Roon again and let us know the date and time of the event? We can then look to see what the trouble is.
In the mean time have you tried forcing a sync Roon and your Tidal account? You can do this under Roon Settings (the gear icon) → Services. On this page click the edit button next to Tidal and then click “Sync library now”.
Maybe Roon keeps sending them to Tidal and Tidal keeps sending them to Roon. Try disconnecting from Tidal in Roon, then delete in both Tidal and Roon. Finally, reconnect Tidal in Roon. I don’t know if this will work, but worth a try.

Hi @Jozo_Slejko,
Thanks for getting that information to us. Two things your can try are clearing your Tidal cache and signing out and back into Tidal in Roon.
Here is how you clear your Tidal cache.
Hi @daniel , thanks. After completing this, the deleted playlists are no longer showing. Seems like it was a caching issue. I’ll wait for a week to confirm.
