Delete option is not available in Android Phones. I have to use the tablet to manage my library.

As mentioned in our Knowledge Base:
Android devices that are at least 8 inches run the full Roon interface. Devices smaller than 8 inches run an interface designed for smaller screens and phones.
This mobile interface does not include some of the same options, like editing and deleting, that larger remotes have.
