Deluxe Content missing from Qobuz vs Apple or Spotify

Hello all !

Just back in the Roon-iverse and I am trying out Qobuz as well for the 1st time. I have noticed Qobuz missing a lot of Deluxe content for recently released albums - 2 specifically

Queen II 2026 remix

  • Qobuz only appears to have the main album
  • Apple Music has entire deluxe content
  • Spotify does as well

Rush 50

  • Qobuz has the limited track list Apple has
  • Spotify has entire release

Question is - Qobuz vs Tidal - which of the 2 tend to get more ‘complete’ offerings? (all this could be fixed if Apple Music would open the iron gates of course :slight_smile: )

TIDAL doesn’t have the Queen II 2026 Remix, but it does have the 4 CD Rush 50 box set.

Is it 2026 Remix or 2026 Mix?

If it is Mix it comes up for me in Roon pulling from Tidal.

Does Tidal have the full 50 tracks? Apple Music and Qobuz have 35 tracks - Spotify has the entire track listing

No, on a closer look, there a tracks missing, e.g., CD4 has just two tracks.

Well, that’s odd, I looked for 2026 yesterday, and it wasn’t listed, but it is there along with the 2011 release this morning.

You’re correct, it’s the 2026 Mix; I was using the OP’s phrase.

Qobuz (in Belgiium) has the complete
Rush 50 (Anniversary Super Deluxe) album with 50 tracks

THE Queen II 2026 Remix is missing.

Tidal shows this:

But Roon confuses this with the 1974 album.I wonder why Roon can’t sort this out properly.

Had both, and I would say they with deluxe and rarity boxes, Tidal is slightly ahead, but most of releases are identical. A wild guess from my side: Qobuz usually offers identical tracks for streaming and download, and many copyright owners don´t necessarily have the rights to offer the latter, they sometimes license stuff just for streaming.

You mean the 2-disc, or 5-disc version selling for 200 bucks?

The date shown is the original release date. If TIDAL included the release date in the metadata (27/03/2026), that would be displayed under format etc.
