· The Nucleus boots up and I can connect to it in the Roon app without issue, but I have a question about configuration/storage/attached devices

Describe the issue

My Roon App (run on my Windows 11 PC) and Nucleus One stopped seeing my Denafrips Pontus II DAC on my home network. The DAC no longer shows up under my Audio tab. All my other network devices show and work fine (Examples: Sonos Move and Sonos Arc). I've now updated, reloaded and validated everything in my system and I can't seem to restore my DAC as a recognized network device. I've opened Qobuz app independently and it recognizes the DAC and works fine. I've spent an incredible amount of time trying to resolve this and I hope you can help. Why would it work one day and without powering the Nucleus One or DAC down and only powering up my PC and opening the Roon App would the device disappear?

Hello @Douglas_Van_Doren ,

Thanks for reaching out! I am looking over your account details and I am not seeing your nucleus one as currently active which is very strange, it also looks like your laptop is not showing any audio devices at all.

Do you happen to have any firewalls that could be blocking access for both on the router perhaps? What happens if you try to temporarily switch the Roon Server duties over to your PC instead of the Nucleus One (from the PC via Roon Settings → General → Disconnect → Use this PC)?
