Devialet Phantom Silver - new user

I am hoping to demonstrate Roon to a friend who owns Devialet Phantom Silvers (DB245) and also has a Dialog. He is likely to purchase Roon and use either a ROCK or Nucleus.

My system is ROCK based and I have a Raspbery Pi connected to a USB DAC as well as numerous Sonos endpoints. There is excellent wi-fi and I also have multiple Ethernet drops available.

I understand the speakers are Roon Ready they should be discovered readily by Roon. Would you do it wirelessly or wired? Am I correct that max resolution is 24 bit/96 kHz? Any other advice for a smooth demo?

I run everything wired, that way I don’t have to worry about wifi issues creeping up.

If someone is new, I always recommend, going month to month until they decide Roon really is for them. And until that time, just use whatever computer (wired again) that they currently own. There is no SQ difference based on the OS you are running RoonServer, ie a Nucleus sounds no better or worse than my Windows PC.
