Having a small issue, but would like to see if its an easy fix.
Currently all of the icons from the device identification menu are missing as seen here:
Is there a way to get these back?
Also, would it be possible to add the Holo Audio “May” dac to the list? The Holo Spring 1 and 2 are available but the newly released Holo May is not

Have you rebooted your core and devices since the icons went missing? Also, are you seeing this behavior on the core or on one of your remotes? Both? Let me know!
I’m only having the issue on my core device.
The icons are present using a remote.
I have a desktop PC which acts as the core and controller, and outputs via a network bridge + DAC
All devices have been restarted but the issue persists
Hello @GoldenSound and thanks for checking that! I have another option for you to try! I’d like you to close Roon and go to where your Roon database is stored and inside of the “cache” folder, delete the following folders:
This should refresh the list of icons and when you restart Roon, we should have the icons back! Let me know.
