This message is issued by the Windows installer. AFAIK, Roon only supports Windows 10 and 11. Therefore, check that you’re not running compatibility mode.
Right-click on the Roon desktop icon, select Properties to see if you’re running compatibility mode, and if you are, disable the feature.
I’d make sure that the PC meets the minimum specifications linked above, and if the issue is still occurring after checking, can you please provide more information regarding the PC you are attempting to use with Roon? If you can share a screenshot of your Windows Start Menu → System Information view, that could help.
