So we can have a better idea of why you may be seeing this, may I kindly ask that you please provide a brief description of your current setup using this link as a guide. I am interested in what the “chain of communication” looks like between your core device and the Hegel H80.
Make sure to also describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.
