Hi guys, I´m a little confused. My streamer app shows me 11809 favorite albums in Qobuz, Roon shows only 11349. Synchronizing with Qobuz makes no difference.
Does anybody have the same problem?
Do have show hidden albums set to on in Settings inside Roon?
I hadn’t. But it makes no difference.
Do you have muliple versions of the same album in your library? Depending on where you are in Roon, multiple versions are counted as one release.
Please show screenshots of where you are seeing these numbers

If you log out of Qobuz in Roon, and re-login - do you run into the same issues?

Sorry for the late reply. I think there is a misunderstanding. The different numbers are not in Roon. They are in Roon (My albums) and phone app of my Matrix streamer when I am logged in Qobuz.

We’re pinging this thread to check for a status update since we haven’t seen a response in some time.
If your Qobuz/Roon library numbers differ slightly from the Qobuz library in the Matrix app, it’s probably just because Roon and Matrix sync with Qobuz at different times.
As others have mentioned, we’ll need screenshots demonstrating this discrepancy in order to take effective action. Please also force a sync of your Qobuz account in Roon by navigating to Settings → Services → Qobuz.

There is another place in Roon where the album number is shown, I’m wondering if it’s the same there:

Did you do something to make the numbers change? In the first post it was:
Now it’s significantly more in Roon, 11557, while its similar in the streaming app, 11869. If you simply added more in Qobuz, one would expect the change to be the same or at least similar.
It would also be interesting to know how many are shown in Qobuz directly, but I can’t find a way to make the Qobuz app show the number.
Yes, because I added some new Albums since the first post.
But its strange. Now the difference between Roon and Matrix is less. I couldn’t find a way to show the number in Qobuz desktop or app either. Therefore, my confusion as the streamer app suddenly showed this numbers. Maybe it’s really like mjw remarked that there are multiple versions of one album.
