We can take a look at diagnostics to try to ascertain the specific problem, but to provide effective support, we’ll need one of the following pieces of information:

  1. the specific audio device(s) with which you’re having issues

  2. any error messages you see in Roon

  3. a screenshot of your Settings → Audio page in Roon with a brief overview of what you’re experiencing that’s out of the ordinary.
