Diretta dropouts after latest Roon update - I2S SYNC errors on RPi4

Hi all, I’ve been running Diretta Target on GentooPlayer (RPi4, Allo DigiOne Signature HAT) for about a month without any issues. After the latest Roon update, I started getting 2-3 second audio dropouts during playback. Checking the kernel log revealed repeated I2S SYNC errors: bcm2835-i2s fe203000.i2s: I2S SYNC error! Playback with RAAT is completely stable — no dropouts at all. Only happens with Diretta. Has anyone else experienced this after the latest Roon update? Any workarounds would be appreciated.

Where is Diretta Host running ?

Roon Core on Windows 10 pro, using Diretta ASIO driver.

I now have a different issue. No more dropouts, but Roon freezes on Diretta ASIO output after playing 3-4 songs. The album art appears, timer shows 0:00 and pressing play does nothing. Restarting Roon Core on Windows fixes it temporarily, but the same thing happens again after a few songs. All other outputs work fine. Issue started after the latest Roon update. Setup: - Roon Core on Windows - Diretta ASIO driver 3_148_9 on Windows - Diretta Target 148_0 on GentooPlayer RPi4 - Allo DigiOne Signature HAT
Could someone from Roon support please look into this? This is exactly the kind of issue that justifies the premium subscription price — reliable playback after every update. Happy to provide logs if needed — please advise how to send them.

Just FYI, I think my Diretta Target has completely SAME configuration. But Diretta system works fine.

Background metadata update causes Diretta ASIO transport failure. zoneplayer/raat: Failed to prepare Diretta ASIO in 15000ms coincides with heavy metadata flush (2917 tracks, 8h overdue queue)

Wow! this is it !?
