Description Of Issue

Searched the forums, can’t find an answer.

Can Roon on the Mac be started WITHOUT it launching into Fullscreen mode? Every time I launch Roon (I have it set to launch on startup) it goes Full Screen. Would like to prevent this, but not sure how on a Mac.

Sorry, Doug, I don’t have the answer, but ever since I installed roon on my Mac it has auto started in a smallish window.
Edit: did a bit of Googling and found this article. Apparently you can get an app to resume at startup to the state it was in at switch off.

You could have 2 versions, the server version on auto start, it’s designed to be headless. That will allow Roon to work but with no GUI

Then a full GUI version to start manually on demand.

It may work worth a try

that seemed to do the trick. Thank you!
