Disappointed by Nucleus+

Hello,

I am terribly disappointed by the purchase of the Nucleus+.
I’ve always had connection problems with it since I bought it about two years ago.
Last February, it was sent for repair because the motherboard was out of order.
The same thing happened in June.
Now I’ve been informed that the motherboard is no longer available on the market, and that the Nucleus+ is no longer being manufactured at all.
The unit was still under warranty, which is good news in itself.
What should I replace it with?
Here’s my question …
I understand that Roon has released the Nucleus One and the Nucleus Titan.
Will these devices be on sale in Europe?
Thanks for your usual help.
Sincerely

I would ask Roon what they are willing to do in support of your still active warranty. Maybe they could replace your Nucleus with a used unit in inventory. Or, they might ship you a Nucleus One or Nucleus Titan with a discount. Otherwise, maybe a partial refund so you could purchase a NUC.

Hi @Thg6276,
Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. At this moment neither the Nucleus One or Titan is available in Europe. Our management team is working on expanding the distribution of these models and we will let you know when we know more.

Not a great answer for a customer who has a defective device still under warranty. What can Roon do for this customer now rather than WAIT?

@Jim_F I can only say what I’ve been authorized to say. I don’t make these decisions.
