Disappointed in Roon service

To whom it may concern:
I recently raised an issue I was having with my laptop losing connection with the Roon server as an endpoint. There were several Roon staff that got back to me, suggesting different things to try and requesting more information. I tried to provide this, but then Christmas and New Year came. I completely understand that the staff would be having a break over this period and was very happy to wait until after the break for a response. I received an auto response over this period to say my case had been closed as nothing had been posted in the thread for 7 days. Again I assumed that this was just an automation thing and when staff returned they would reopen the case. However it has not been, my reply in the thread is the last response and no one bothered to reopen it. Seems a bit poor to me, and yes, the issue is still ongoing…

You can go to the last post (for instance) in your old thread and click the “…” button at the bottom of it and then the “flag” icon, which lets you send a message to the moderators where you can ask to reopen it.

Or simply open a new topic in Support and post a link to the old one.

Yeah it’s not really obvious (and it shouldn’t have autoclosed)
