Description of Issue

The problem is described in this Thread by a different user: Discography is Blank

Basically in all Clients (Android latest Version, MacOS latest Version) the Discography is not displayed. Or the Link is displayed for a short time then removed. If I click the link the error message as described in the above thread is displayed (localized to my language).

The tabs / links under Service “Qobuz” are empty: “Neuerscheinungen” (New Releases), “Von Qobuz ausgewählt” (selected by Qobuz), the only displayed playlist “Willkommen bei Qobuz” (Welcome to Qobuz) is empty. It contains tracks on Qobuz.

I can still stream music from Qobuz. I have an Album added to Roon from Qobuz this can be displayed and played.

I can update the library under Settings > Services > Qobuz > Update Library

I switched from Tidal to Qobuz a few days ago and removed Tidal from my Services. I am not sure but I guess it maybe has something to do with the removal of Tidal.

The Logfile “/var/roon/RoonServer/Logs” shows the following:

I doubt very much that this problem was caused by your actions, there are a number of reports hi-lighting the same problem you are experiencing.
Roon support are back in “the office” tomorrow when we should hear more.

[EDIT]: There is definitely something amiss “globally” as I am now having the same problem

Hate to say it as one who seems to have been blessed so far with a flawless Roon experience but…
Same happening here tonight in SE USA.
:frowning:

Dear support or anybody else, is this topic right here? The problem persists and I would love to solve it. Do you work on it or do I need to do something? Please advice what I need to do.

A grumpy read…

Or just the useful part…
