My android phone can’t find my Roon server (Roon + Roon ARC, LAN + WAN)

• Router/AP models
UniFi Cloud Gateway Max

• Any unusual network details (VLANs, multiple routers, VPNs)
No
It seems like the issue mostly happens on my Android devices — Windows machines don’t seem to have as many discoverability problems.
Restarting Roon on Android sometimes helps, waiting does not.
These issues are new, I haven’t experienced discoveribility issues before.
Roon ARC works after clearing the cache and removing data, on the local network only. However, Roon (Remote) still refuses to start after performing the same steps. (Both on Android)
I suspect a lot of my Roon discovery issues are due to UniFi switches and gateways. UniFi really managed to royally screw up IGMP and mDNS. Fortunately, the latest Early Access firmware (7.2.122 for switches) seems to fix things (fingers crossed).
