Roon Metadata for The Complete Capitol Recordings of George Shearing (Mosaic) assigns 54 tracks to disc1, 1 track to disc 2, 0 tracks to disc 3, 2 tracks to disc 4, 1 track to disc 5. If memory serves this wasn’t a problem when these were added around 11/25/2016
Roon Metadata for The Complete Blue Note/UA/Roulette Recordings of Thad Jones (Mosaic) assigns 24 tracks to disc1, 0 tracks to disc 2, and 6 tracks to disc 3. If memory serves this wasn’t a problem when these were added around 4/8/2017, but I could be wrong.
I guess you can’t rule out the Rovi metadata being wrong, but have you checked the embedded metadata to make sure the disc and track numbers are as they should be?
Thanks @orgel. Good call. That’s the first thing I checked. The Shearing needed a tweak, the Jones was okay. Problem remained after the update and a restart of Roon. Appreciate the feedback.
