Those features are only available if you have a streaming service. Are you subscribed to Tidal or Qobuz?

As Greg suggested, can you confirm that you have TIDAL or Qobuz integrated into Roon? You can log in by going to Settings > Services.

Unfortunately I have no Tidal or Qobuz access.
I was very interested in this novelty,
pity that it only works with Tidal or Qobuz.
