From your post, it sounds like you’re attempting to use a Chromecast Display, but we haven’t seen any response.
What is the model of TV or monitor you’re attempting to use? Have you verified that the unit is connecting to the same subnetwork as your RoonServer?
If you haven’t already tried, you can set up a web display as a workaround in the meantime.
