Our account servers indicate that you have at least two Sony TVs in this setup. Are they both affected? If not, which is the model exhibiting this problem?
From what we can see in logs, it’s a Bravia 4K AE that’s most commonly used in this configuration, but RoonServer is logging the display as registered while playback is still buffering. There aren’t any obvious failures with display initiation, but logs might not be capturing what’s wrong.
Can you please share a screenshot of what you see in Roon when this problem is happening?
I have no issue to start the tv if used as end point play music but the tv won’t start automatically if used as display. Only manually pressing “display now” it will start. I have no problem in the past.
