Distorted sound and inability to play files on Nucleus One (ref#6KIS1D)

Describe the issue

I can’t play files and I only str am via Roon. It made a weird distorted sound for a second after I logged out and logged back in. I can stream with the DAC’e native apps fine. I use a Nucleus One

Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. It looks like our system is unable to see your Nucleus. Can you try to access your Nucleus Web Admin page and send us a screenshot of what you see? Also please connect your Nucleus to a monitor with a HDMI cord and let us know what you see.
