Does bridge 2 connection support the dsd128-dsd256 on Roon?

Hi

When I play dsd64 format on my PS JR. ,the screen show up (dsd64 1 bit) no problem.

But when I try to play dsd128 or dsd256 format,Roon is using automatticaly dsd to pcm filter and downscale it to the pcm .

Is there any way to stop this filter ?

I don’t think bridge II right now supports anything beyond dsd 64. To play that with direct stream you need to use the USB connection.

No, there isn’t. This is a limitation of the BridgeII. It supports up to 192kHz PCM + DSD64.

When I play dsd64 format on my PS DS with bridge II will not play dsd 64 it downscale it to the pcm. is there something i need todo ?

Hi,

Did you set the volume leveller or crossfafde ? Put them off if you had set them. Then it will not convert.

Is anyone getting Bridge 2 to work they way they want? I cant get dsd to play at all.
