Attached is a screenshot of the USB flash drive after flashing ROCK. Is this as expected?
Etcher gave error messages, but Rufus apparently flashed the drive OK. It would be helpful to know if this looks correct.
It looks fine, small partitions. 13.93 Gb is unused, maybe after a reboot it will resize and use the unused part?
If my reading is correct the OS doesn’t use much space on the boot drive.

It’s correct. The installer does not use the whole drive. Yes, that version you have only uses 400mb, most of which is empty.
