Hi, I would like to have a selectable option in library settings to choose if show “in library” albums (all tracks) in track list or only “in library” tracks or preferred tracks.

If you select an Album in your library to play, do you see a link that says “View Complete Album on Tidal”? (I presume the “on Tidal” part is because the Album I am looking at in my library is from Tidal, but it would also work with ripped discs on a local disc).
I use this link all the time to show go to the complete album so I can play it.
If this doesn’t work, another idea is to start playing the Album, and then in the Now Playing screen, click on the album name and then you can see all the album tracks.
