Thanks for reaching out to us.

At this time, for NAS installations, we only support running Roon Server via Docker. The old Synology SPK package is no longer the recommended installation method.

You can find the Docker installation instructions at the bottom of this article:

Please scroll down to the “Installing Roon Server via Docker” link and follow the instructions there.
