Running ARC 1.0.0 (build 45) on an iPhone 13. Locally downloaded files randomly restart during playback. I don’t think this is an issue with the downloaded files themselves: if I let the restarted tracks play through, they either finish normally or restart at a different point. I’ve noticed this behavior for multiple albums.
If you look at the “Now Playing” screen, is the playing time longer than the actual length of the song at the end of listening to the track?
No, looks normal.

I would also suggest giving your router and core a hard reboot respectively
