If there is an mp3 album in the Roon library how does one download its Tidal and/or Qobuz equivalent? The issue I’m having is that the Roon Versions tab is not present when selecting some albums even though the titles are present in Tidal and Qobuz. I am interested in downloading a higher quality version but am unable to do so in some instances. When I search Band name > Artist > Discography it shows the album in my library which is mp3. It also shows the Tidal and Qobuz albums which I am unable to play without the versions tab…or access to download into my library.
Search function
You cannot download music from Tidal or Qobuz in Roon, you can add the content to your library. However, it will always be a link back to the streaming services.
When you go to the versions tab just add to library and once in your library the higher resolution will be the default.
