Downloads Paused?

Guys

I’m not sure what’s wrong here but it won’t download smart downloads saying I need to be on Wi-Fi I am on Wi-Fi and the phone is charging?

I would raise a support case in the support area.

ARC is not the most reliable product in my experience.

All good from earlier but now -

I’m also trying to figure out why some of my tracks have not downloaded and others have in my liked tracks list. I want to be able to download all 97 tracks but at the moment I’ve only downloaded 43 I don’t know why the others are not downloading?

The ways of ARC are a mystery. I’ve had “download” issues, refusing to download, not recognising downloads, losing the entirety of my downloads….

My album art still won’t show when it’s offline.

It’s better than it was but I’ve had to wipe and reinstall numerous times.
