I am suddenly seeing dozens of Qobuz album that have been added to my Roon library going back 121+ days. The latest batch was 3 days ago. Any thoughts on how this could have happened? I changed my Qobuz password, just in case, but these do not appear in the Qobuz app, so they were added to my Roon collection for which I have a super complex and unique password. Any ideas? I am deleting them all, the screenshot is my third set showing the last 58 (or so I hope). Nope, when I deleted these some even “older” additions appeared.
I have never seen these before and suddenly noticed all these additions today. It’s like somebody else’s library merged with mine somehow, but only in Roon. In Roon I checked my Login Sessions and it goes back 3 months with only me.
I searched for Qobuz prior to posting and did not see any results. Unknown albums just brings up ripping topics.
To be clear, this is not me viewing an overview of a streaming libary. These are ADDED albums that are suddenly interspersed with my ripped albums and the streaming albums I legitimately added. I saw another thread where someone was confused about that, but this is not the same.
I’m still having the same issue with Roon, after numerous resyncs, logging out and back in again to Qobuz hasn’t helped and we are now a long way past the 72 hours mentioned by support? My Qobuz app shows none of this behaviour so an update from Roon as what this might be linked to would be nice…
Same for me. I only stream from Qobuz (no actual files on drive).
random albums appearing in library
my own library disappeared
logs showing activity working away on library in background
I solved it by going to My Library/Albums > “select all” > delete. Then disconnect Roon from Qobuz > log back into Qobuz in roon > It then re-loaded all my own data (i.e. albums) from Qobuz into Roon.
