Drag n Drop Art Functioning?

I upgraded/added some artist pics yesterday from the internet, and found that drag n drop failed to work every time.

I first had to save it to my hard drive, then browse for art.

And a related issue: any plans to support Google’s new compression format? The dog has wagged its tail.

For the record: tested it on MacOS Mojave (with an artist picture and a radio station logo): Drag’n’Drop worked here.
