While trying to add a genre to an album via Edit… I came across this:
The UI fails to provide a way to show the the text it cuts off from dropdown menu entries - like as a hover text - so for instance it’s not possible to identify entries which start with same text but fall into the “cut off limit”.
It’s probable this occurs in similar situations for dropdown menus elsewhere too and therefore should get fixed on a “global level”.
I’ve seen requests for more hover text so maybe something’s in the work already but I would consider this case as a bug so maybe @support you could please forward this to the UI/UX team?
(Tested on an Android Tablet and on a Macbook Pro with a Retina display)
