Hello @pep_r ,

Welcome to the forum and thanks for reaching out. Can you please confirm if you have installed the Chord Windows driver? You can find the driver on the Downloads (right-hand side) of the Quetest product page:

Dear Noris,
Yes, I can confirm that the driver mentioned is correctly installed.
FYI,in W11 for Qutest->Parameters->System->Sound->Properties->Output settings->Format : 2 channels, 32-bit, 384,000 Hz (studio quality)

Kind regards,
Jean-François

That is the interface of the ASIO driver? You made sure to select and use the ASIO driver in Roon (and not WASAPI)?

From the manual:

Currently you’re stuck with PCM 384 kHz and DoP for DSD and what is supported when only 384 kHz sampling frequency is available. Something you can get from the default USB Audio Class 2 driver that comes with your OS already and doesn’t need drivers from the manufacturer at all.

Hi @pep_r,

@BlackJack has shared some important information above, let us know if you’ve selected the ASIO driver.

Thank you!

Dear BlacJack,
You are absolutely right, the WASAPI driver is being used.
After installing the ASIO driver, everything is back to normal (DSD up to 512). :+1:
Thank you very much and sorry for the inconvenience.
Jean-François :slightly_smiling_face:
