Description of Issue

Hi, I’ve bought and successfully downloaded and played almost two dozen albums from NativeDSD.com using the “NativeDSD downloader app” and Roon. However, one of my latest purchases successfully downloads, but Roon reports that each “File is corrupt”. I’ve tried redownloading three times with the same result.

I contacted NativeDSD, and they provided me an alternate download location via Dropbox and my browser. Still no luck. Finally, I installed Colibri to see if it can play one of the files. And it turns out it can.

How can I troubleshoot Roon to get it to recognize these files?

May wish to see whether they are DST compressed or not.

Thanks. File extension is .dsf, but that doesn’t mean they weren’t renamed. Is there a way to check if the files aren’t in fact compressed DST files?

I would ask NativeDSD.com.
