Did you make a backup on the old server and restore it? This should take care of it. (And would have restored your DSD settings, too). Everyone should always have backups.
If you can revive the S9 with a new CMOS, it is not too late to do that and make a Roon backup.
It’s been a long time since I started using Roon, but isn’t there a red warning triangle with an exclamation mark in Roon (top left in the sidebar?) as long as you don’t configure backups?
Edit: To be precise, Qobuz playlists (as well as Qobuz albums you added to Roon, which are therefore “favorites” in the Qobuz app) are in your Qobuz account and they will sync into your new server automatically. But Roon playlists (and nearly all other Roon data) is saved only locally in your Roon server (not in the Roon cloud) and you have to create and restore a backup yourself.
Thanks Suedkiez. I did go to Qobuz and found what is listed as “favorites”. There were 16 pages of albums. Interestingly of the 16 pages only about 1/3 of the music shown is something I would have put in any of my play lists.
Oh well a few pieces of music is better than none.
When I logged into Roon there were 14 albums shown but only 5 I was at all familiar with or might have played.
I will absolutely create a back up in my new Roon listing.
