As explained in the documentation, you need at least DSM 7.2 on a Synology to be able to run the latest Roon Server 2.65.
If your DSM is below version 7.2, you should go for the Docker-installation.
With DSM-version 7.3.2, you should be good to use “the old” Roon Server-software of Christopher Rieke. You should than be able to upgrade to Roon Server 6.5.

I cannot help you further, as I do not use a Synology as Roon Server myself. So I have no reference.
I hope someone else is able to help you further, otherwise, you have to make a support-ticket out of this thread, so that Roon Support will see your problem and will be able to help you.
Perhaps one small extra question: your Windows and Android Remote are already on version 2.65? Otherwise this could be the problem.
