I think that is your issue. You should just have the one account (and subscription). That would give you the opportunity to transfer your licence between sites.

It sounds as though you have two separate accounts, each having one licence subscription. These are totally independent from each other - and you can’t transfer licences between accounts.

When you subscribe to Roon, you’re authorizing a single RoonServer machine. You have two options here:

  1. You can switch back and forth which is the actively licensed Roon Server as you move between homes.

  2. You can purchase a second Roon subscription at the second location.

As others have mentioned above, it sounds like you’ve already taken the second step, and have established these separate accounts under different email addresses. Do you have a second email address with which you use Roon? You don’t have to share it publicly here (please don’t); we’ll start a PM if you can simply confirm yes/no. We haven’t seen a response but we can likely suggest a way to configure this two-server setup that doesn’t involve you having to navigate two separate Roon accounts.
