Describe the issue

Why did it take me 45 minutes to simply find this form? I will address the same questions I have been wanting an answer to for quite some time.
(#1) Is it even possible to delete my duplicate albums in my library without deleting all of the same albums. When I tried to delete a duplicate album before, Roon did not save the one album and it ended up deleting both of them.
(#2) My Roon Arc does not work anymore, says it is unable to find server. Must I delete my Roon Arc app and download it again?
Please be aware that you must guide me through using layman's terms. I never understand what the heck you are trying to tell me through all your technical terms

Describe your network setup

I have already done this through my previous questions. One would think my question would automatically be matched with my previous requests and answers. I have a Bluos mini amp which is directly wired to the router. No range extenders.

Hello @Tim_deCocq

Thank you for reaching Roon support

You can always access the support request form directly from the Support section of Community — there’s a large button at the top of the page:

To help us understand the situation more precisely:

  1. Are the albums duplicated in your actual music folders, or are you only seeing duplicates within Roon?
  2. Please share a screenshot of one example duplicate album.
  3. For that same album, please also open:
    4.Album → Versions*
and share a screenshot of what is shown there.

This will allow us to determine whether Roon is displaying multiple versions from different sources (e.g., local + streaming), or if the files are actually duplicated on disk.

Please go to:
Settings → Roon ARC
and let us know what message is displayed there (a screenshot is helpful).

Also, were there any recent network changes — such as replacing your router, updating firewall settings, or changing internet providers?

These details will help us identify whether the issue is related to port forwarding or local connectivity.
