My library has started duplicating albums that are downloaded

Thanks for the report. How long ago did this behavior start? Do you have smart downloads enabled? Is there any change in behavior if you force-quit the app and restart it?

So I had tried a few things to fix it and eventually got it. I don’t know if this will be helpful though

I first force closed the app which didn’t work

I uninstalled roon arc which also didn’t work

I restarted my roon core which did not work

I took a current backup of my roon core and then reinstalled rock and then restored a backup and now we’re back up and running.
