I realise that roon has no true dynamic EQ functionality, but i read that you can use parametric eq to simulate this? Can anyone advise how i do this, as im not knowledgable of doing anything other than entering headphone profiles in the days before opra!
More specifically, (and for headphones only), im trying to preserve the eq profile at low levels, but limit the 3-6khz band only when it gets a bit loud, due to my left ear sounding like a blown speaker when exposed to treble through headphones for too long (and yes, ive been to an audiologist, and they dont seem to know whats going, despite this being a reasonably common experience, according to google!).
