Hello @dootago

You have already done the two things that matter most: you recovered your email and reset your Roon password. With both of those done, your Roon account is back under your control.

For the peace of mind, please add multi-factor authentication to your Roon account. It means that even if a password is stolen again, nobody can sign in without the code from your phone. You can turn it on from your Roon account page, under Account Information, and the full walkthrough is here: How Do I Setup Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?

Please also enable two-factor authentication on the email account itself if it is not on already, since that is the account the reset links go to.

If you ever lose access to your authenticator app, our Accounts and Billing team can remove MFA for you:

For posterity, please keep in mind that you can always reach out to our accounts team directly via email to avoid sharing your credentials or other sensitive information in a public forum.
