I recently Login to my room account and received a mail indicating that I am located in Medellin Antioquia and actually I am in Bogota Cundinamarca .

There is no problem with my setup but with the location detected

Hi, Roon is using the public IP (as assigned by your ISP or VPN) to determine a geolocation (via a 3rd party service) unfortunately it’s notoriously inaccurate and at best should be regarded as an approximation.

In a browser try typing

The IP geolocation most commonly comes from the internet service provider, not your account address. There’s no cause for alarm.
