Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. Are these playlists you created in Roon or in the Tidal app? Also I would like to take a look at your logs. Can you please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?

In Roon, I would go to Roon - Settings - Services and sign out of Tidal and then sign back in. Shut down Roon and restart. Maybe that will repopulate your Tidal playlist in Roon. You probably should also reboot your Roon server.

Playlists are created in Tidal. Logs uploaded (filenime has my email on it). Signing in and out of Tidal did not help, nor did restarts.

Sorry for any confusion here! It looks like you’ve only sent over a few Roon logs, we’ll need a full set of Roon Server logs if possible. Here’s our File Uploader again. :+1:
