A user should be able to decide if they want to be notified of updates. Roon forces this down your throat each time you start a remote. If I have chosen not to update it should honour this and not consistently remind a user there is one.
I am reluctant to update until it’s been out a while to see what issues arise as more and more bugs seem to creep in each release. No features of late have been of any interest so even less need to update unless there is a fix for one of the many bugs I have reported this year. But I am reminded there is an update all the time and this becomes infuriating to have to close it each time I open the app. Small world problem I know but I should be able to turn them off.
